The Flash BP has spoilers that allow you to direct the air into the barn in the direction you desire. These spoilers can be set flexibly once. You control the amount of air individually with a vertically moving insulated slide. Because of this completely flexible control, the Flash BP side air inlet is ideally suited for barns with high demands on air control. The Flash BP is made of high quality formply and is available in any size.
The Flash BP can send air extra deep and is therefore ideal for barns wider than 20 meters. The Flash BP is also ideal for barns with obstacles, because no air passes through the nests. And third, this side air inlet is ideal for barns with structural beams in the airflow, because the Flash BP can avoid them.
Attention!
The position of the spoilers has a major influence on the opening of the Flash BP. The figure below illustrates this. We recommend making the calculation for your barn at 10 Pa.
Spoilers normal | Spoilers up | Spoilers extreme |
Area – 1570 cm2 | Area – 1480 cm2 | Area – 1150 cm2 |
10 Pa – 2400 m3/h | 10 Pa – 2100 m3/h | 10 Pa – 1750 m3/h |
20 Pa – 3300 m3/h | 20 Pa – 3000 m3/h | 20 Pa – 2450 m3/h |
30 Pa – 4100 m3/h | 30 Pa – 3650 m3/h | 30 Pa – 3000 m3/h |
X, Y and Z are available in all sizes. However, standard sizes that work well with the sheet material are given below. The opening in the wall must be 5 mm larger.
As standard, the slide is made of 2 layers of solid panel with 22 mm of XPS in between. This guarantees a very good insulation value. The door is also available in a daylight version and is made of 25 mm thick clear or translucent polycarbonate.
